The process
The process
Support generally follows five steps:

Initial contact to briefly discuss your issue or objective.

Referral to the most suitable support person.

First validation meeting.

Submission of a quote detailing objectives, number of hours, format and costs.

The quote can be adjusted as needs evolve.
Costs
The cost of support varies according to:
- the number of hours required
- grants available to the organization
- grants received by LabPop
Some grants may reduce costs depending on profile and needs.
An estimate is provided after the first exchange. The quote will specify the final terms.
